Our journey begins in 2010
Ecuador is a country full of culinary traditions that remain alive. Achiote Ecuador Cuisine treasures this Food Heritage, as the heart of our identity. In the restaurant, a family from Quito recreates this cuisine with modern techniques; sustainable and healthy.
Achiote Ecuador – Cocina is located in La Mariscal; a heritage neighborhood of the city of Quito. The house where the restaurant operates has a cultural and architectural heritage of great wealth for the city. Inside the restaurant there is a 65-year-old magnolia tree, which has seen all generations of the family grow.
